Sooo i had surgery yesterday on my sinuses...more specifically my nasal septum.  Let me just say this now....while I now can noticeably feel air moving through my left nostril...My nose effing hurts right now.  And the nasal irrigations BLOW.  So Im chilling with pain meds every 4 hours, not wanting to blow my nose unless necessary (which it is ( Read more... )
